About Me

My photo
"Be creative, and write. Record your ideas now, before you forget them forever." My blog, at blogforjoy.blogspot.com, is the perfect representation of who I really am. I let all my creativity flow, let all my happiness show. I believe no one will truly like who I am on the outside, so I let out everything I have on the inside. I am an aspiring writer, but I love to draw, play the piano, do photography, and several other hobbies, all of which you will find at Blog for Joy. If you are interested in joining this site, you will find me contact info there. Follow me, and I'll follow you back!

Introduction

All the pieces I post on this blog are composed of three categories: poems, series and short stories. I added the genre search engine if you want any specific literature, such as science-fiction. Also note that I add an image to every post. I believe it adds something to the literature that words could not achieve.

Poems: I write in free style, which means no rhyming. I also usually do not divide them into stanzas. I can, however, rhyme as though I was born to do it, and in elementary school I was referred to as an expert poet since I could create a verse in no time at all. The reason I don’t is because I have a larger variety of words to choose from, and am not limited by syllables. This may make my poems look juvenile, although I believe they are beautiful because they are so simple. Once I have written down the majority of my ideas down, I will pick up rhyming once more.

Series: these are the most time consuming, because I have to post numerous chapters for every one. They are slightly difficult to read because blogger automatically puts the oldest posts last, so Chapter One is at the very bottom. When I finish a series I put a “THE END” at the closing chapter.

Short Stories: I do not upload these often, since I am hassled with the poems and series.

Here is a list of genres you may not understand.

Guest Author: This is my favorite one, since I get to take a break and let you do the writing. Email any pieces you wish to publish on my blog at jadefireeyesblogger@gmail.com, in case you forgot. I posted a few things of my friend’s, including the series “Violet Finn Files” and she absolutely loves the way it “looks all professional on a website”.

Just So: This is the genre for the excluded, meaning the pieces that don’t fit into the known genres like “Realistic Fiction”. They are the outcasts. Click on them, and you will see what I mean.

I really want your stories, and please comment on any existing ones! This means so mush to me.
